Stephanie Leson

Steph is an avid adventurer with a passion for wilderness medicine and technical rescue. In addition to working as a PCP North of 60, she has worked on SAR teams and trained with Swiftwater and Rope Rescue teams. Steph has spent the last decade blending her love of the outdoors with her love of medicine by balancing EMS work as a rural/remote Paramedic with River Guiding/Experiential Education. She has guided rafts and canoes in Ontario, BC and the Yukon and she enjoys sharing her passion with others. When not teaching with WMA Canada, Steph can be found living out of her truck, nationwide, exploring rivers and roads with her dog.
