Hrefna Rún Magnúsdóttir

I live in Akureyri, Iceland. I have been a member of ICE-SAR since 2015. I have been teaching first aid to ICE-SAR team members since 2020. I am a nurse anaesthetist and work in Akureyri hospital. Before that I worked in the emergency room in Reykjavík University Hospital as a nurse for 4 years. My main focus in the search and rescue is first aid, debriefing and general search and rescue. I love teaching first aid and traveling around the highlands of Iceland has been my favorite thing to do since I was a child.
