Alex Steiner

Alex Steiner, born and raised in Wisconsin, grew up paddling and hiking everywhere he could. After graduating from Northland College, he took off on adventures abroad, mostly in New Zealand and Southeast Asia where he perfected his wilderness craft. Alex has found a home in California pursuing his passions of ultra running, backpacking, and cycling throughout the state. He currently lives in San Diego alternating his work in emergency medicine and outdoor education. When Alex is not working for WMA, he can be found out on the trail or studying for PA school.
