JP Skinner

JP has combined his background as a classroom teacher with a love for the ocean and has carved out a career running outdoor education programs in Bermuda.  He is a PADI SCUBA Instructor, California state multiple-subject teacher and an NR-EMT.  He spent 13 years running marine science education programs at the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences where he was Director of Ocean Academy.  Currently, when he is not surfing, sailing or hanging out with his children, JP is the Director of Waterstart Ltd., a not-for-profit company with a mission to promote personal growth and environmental awareness among local Bermudian teenagers.
