After taking several of WMA courses, Kevin joined the WMA family in 2005. He has been an avid wilderness tripping enthusiast for over 20 years, and has been leading extended canoeing, kayaking, and backing trips throughout the US and Canada for over a decade. Since beginning his EMS careeer, he has been practicing and teaching prehospital and wilderness medicine for over a decade and currently the Performance Improvement & Education Coordinator for AirLink and VitaLink Specialty Care Transport in Wilmington, NC. In addition to teaching for WMA International, Kevin is also an EMS author and has written several textbook chapters, magazine articles, develops on-line continuing education courses and is on the EMSWorld advisory board.
