Kyle got his start in emergency services at 16 years old when he joined his local volunteer fire department. He went on to obtain his EMT certification during his senior year of high school and has since gained experience working in both rural and urban EMS agencies. Some of his roles include serving as a base medical supervisor and ski patroller for Whiteface Mountain Ski Patrol as well as being an EMT per diem with Lake Placid Ambulance. He is currently on staff full-time with the Adirondack Mountain Club, an environmental non-profit organization. Kyle is also a New York State licensed rock climbing and hiking guide.

Living and working in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, Kyle is able to enjoy all the activities that the area has to offer such as hiking, rock climbing, skiing, paddling and more. He is excited to be able to share his passion of the outdoors with others while also being able to provide them with the tools and skills they need to be safe.
