Uli Tsai

Uli Tsai is an EMT-P. He had worked as a Joint replacement technician in Surgery Room, a Flight EMT at Medical Transport Assistance, and did risk management for Outward Bound Taiwan. Now he is an instructor at SC-OUTING company, a volunteer EMT in the Fire Department and a volunteer scouter. Due to his passions for outdoor activities and EMT, he devotes himself to promoting wilderness medicine and Mountain Medicine.
