This WFR Recertification course will be conducted within the first three days of a full WFR course (5 Day format).

RIVER MED – This course combines WFR Recertification with the SRT3 Certification. This course is an immersive, on water, learning experience, blending wilderness first aid with swiftwater rescue techniques. Join us for this one of a kind course!

This course takes place at an outdoor education centre in Schomberg, Ontario — 45 minutes from downtown Toronto and 30 minutes from Pearson Airport (YYZ).

Local students can commute. If you’re coming from out of town, the closest hotels are in Bolton, 10 minutes away. Other lodging options nearby include house and room rentals and B&B’s.

The great location for hands-on training has a spacious classroom and 260+ acres of woods and trails.
