This course is taught in English. The course site, Ciel et Bois, is 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa in Cantley, QC. The beautiful property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of backcountry where you can hike, run, bike, cross-country ski and connect with nature.

This course prepares for the unexpected with hands-on introduction into wilderness first aid. If you work or play in a wilderness setting, enjoy outdoor activities, or maybe just beginning your adventures in mountains, this 16 hour course is for you! Classes take place in the classroom and outdoors regardless of weather.

Located conveniently on I-95 to access via driving, and there is a train stop right downtown in New London. Nearby major airports are Bradley International (Hartford) (1 hr), New Haven (1 hr) and Providence (1 hr).
