This course is taught in English. The course site, Ciel et Bois, is 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa in Cantley, QC. The beautiful property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of backcountry where you can hike, run, bike, cross-country ski and connect with nature.

Taught by Wilderness Medical Associates , this 5-day course is the industry standard for outdoor professionals. Many organizations require it as part of their job qualifications. Recommended for outdoor professionals and recreationalists who lead adventure trips, and those who are in the backcountry for days or weeks with the possibility of having to care for a patient over an extended time.
